Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the most efficient and cost-effective method available.
Estimated Delivery Times

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship internationally. We are unable to ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes when shipping via UPS.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. However, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at ginathebotina.com within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
